Material:
Frame made of aluminium extruded sections. Cover made of 3/5 mm aluminum chequerplate. Aluminium reinforcement to the underside. Stainless steel screw and EPDM seal.
Features:
Comfort cover and completely rust-proof. A special seal with good chemical resistance ensures an odor-proof and largely watertight (complete water tightness not guaranteed) solution. Opening tools included. Thanks to the hinge and the low weight of the aluminium plate, the cover can be easily handled by one person without any special efforts. A safety device is fitted, locking the cover in the raised position.
Applications:
For covers which are opened more frequently and have to be easy to handle. Particularly for inspection and revision covers where corrosion resistance and low weight are a substantial advantage.
Installation:
Installation must be carried out according to our instructions. With water-tight models, care must be taken to seal the outer frame into the surrounding flooring.
